The online automotive store Auto Quality Trends can be accessed at www.aqt24.eu and is trading under the business name: Lauber Sp. z o.o., entered into the National Court Register under 0000153583.
It is assumed that by placing an order the User have become familiar with the contents of the Rules & Regulations and accepted the provisions contained herein.
Orders via the online store may be placed 24/7/365. The Company Lauber Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as Administrator of the online automotive store Auto Quality Trends reserves the right to impose limitations on the access to the store.
Placing an order means filling in the “order form” [formularz zamówienia] which can be found at the store websites or sending such an order by e-mail to: sklep(at)aqt24.eu.
The person placing the order shall be obliged to complete the “order form” fully and in accordance with factual information.
Upon placing the order, the User will be sent an automatic message from the online automotive store Auto Quality Trends confirming the order placed. In the event the Ordering Party does not receive such message, he/she should verify the e-mail address provided during the registration process. The Administrator of the platform reserves the right to confirm the placement of an order via telephone.
The Administrator of the online automotive store Auto Quality Trends at all events reserves the right to verify the order placed and cancel such order, should there arise justified doubts as to the reliability of such order.
The necessary condition to effect the order is to provide the telephone number or (and)
e-mail address by the Ordering Party in order to confirm the placement of an order.
Upon placing the order with the store, an e-mail with the confirmation of such order will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Ordering Party in the order form.
Confirmed order may not be cancelled.
Incorrectly completed order forms and unconfirmed orders will not be considered.
Orders which cannot be confirmed within 48 hours will not be considered.
The dispatch of the order will be effected on the first working day directly following the date of placing the order. Should there be the need to verify the order, such order will be prepared for dispatch on the first working day directly following the date of such verification.
Should there arise any doubts, it is assumed that the sales agreement was concluded upon the dispatch of the order.
All the prices presented in the store are gross prices (with 23% VAT). The binding price for contracting parties is the one displayed next to the product at the moment of placing the order by a customer.
The Administrator of the online store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer without giving any prior notice. Such changes shall not apply to confirmed orders.
The Administrator of the online store reserves the right to phase out certain products without giving any prior notice.
The maximum time of order fulfilment (until the dispatch of delivery to the User) is 7 days. The time of delivery by the GLS forwarding company should be added to the order fulfilment time.
The delivery of the goods is performed through a courier of the GLS forwarding company. The delivery time is 24-28 hours following the dispatch.
The data provided in the order will be processed by the owner of the online store for the purpose of order fulfilment pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act. By placing an order the Customer gives his/her consent for his/her e-mail address to be transferred to Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. /Allegro Group/ with its registered office in Poznań, and for his/her personal data to be processed by the store Auto Quality Trends and Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. - for the purpose of completing a survey containing the opinion about the executed transaction with the store Auto Quality Trends (pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997).
The Administrator of the online store shall not bear any responsibility for the untimely delivery of the goods by the Courier Service.
Payment for the ordered goods may be made via “prepayment on the bank account” [przedpłata na konto], “cash on delivery” [za pobraniem] or “cash on personal collection” [gotówka przy odbiorze osobistym].
The collection of the ordered goods may occur at the Lauber Sp. z o.o. registered office at ul. Braci Staniuków 40, 76-200 Słupsk.
In the case of prepayment on the bank account the payment shall be made to:

When you choose “prepayment on the bank account”, the order will be fulfilled upon credit entry of the complete amount due on the above-mentioned account.

Should any complaints be raised, please contact the Administrator of the online store via
e-mail or telephone. Making a complaint, remember to give your name and surname, order number, purchase proof number (VAT invoice) and describe the item in question. Complaints referring to mechanical damages of the delivery that have occurred during transportation shall be examined only and exclusively upon the execution of damage report signed by the Receiving Party and the Supplier of the delivery.
Pursuant to the Act of 2nd March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on the liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] No. 22, item 271) Article 2 point 2 within 10 days of the delivery of the ordered goods, the consumer has the right to return such goods without giving a reason for withdrawal from an agreement, in line with general principles resulting from the provisions referring to the conclusion of remote agreements.
We have prolonged the time for withdrawal from an agreement to 14 days for all our customers. The goods returned in this manner shall be accepted only and exclusively on condition that they are sent back in an original, undamaged packaging, with full contents, and the product itself as well as the accessories will be undamaged will not show any traces of use.

Such a return shipment should be accompanied with the declaration concerning withdrawal of the agreement and the account number, to which the Administrator of the online store is supposed to return the payment. Our store will examine the product within 2 working days. If the product complies with the above-mentioned requirements, a credit note shall be issued by the Seller.
The Administrator of the online store shall return the price of the product to the Buyer; delivery costs and other incidental expenses of the transactions shall be deemed non-refundable. The User effects the return of the product at his/her own expense.
The guarantee and the right to withdraw from the agreement shall not apply where the product is affected by external-origin damage. Therefore, before claiming the delivery from the post office or from the courier, the packaging should be checked for potential transportation damage. Particular attention should be paid to the tapes and seals on the packaging. In the event that the packaging of the delivered products shows signs of damage or the seals (tapes) have been visibly compromised, the delivery should not be accepted and a damage report should be drawn up in the presence of the courier. The Seller should be notified as soon as possible in order to clarify the case.
Checking the goods upon their delivery is the condition necessary for any complaints raised by the Customer due to damage to or disappearance of some items of the delivery.
The provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on the liability for damage caused by a dangerous product shall apply to all matters not regulated herein.
The Administrator of the online store reserves the right to alter the contents of these Rules & Regulations without giving prior notice.
